New Book + Math Activity

Today we read a new book called, Telephone by Marc Barnett.  See if your child can tell you what happened in the book.

After that we tried our own telephone activity.  See if your child can tell you the sentence I started out with and what it ended up changing to by the time we got to the end of our telephone line!

It's a good lesson in remembering that rumors can easily get started.  We need to be careful about what we say and what we listen to.

Today in math we did an activity where we collected data, found the middle number and graphed our information.  See if your child can tell you what data we collected!
