Punctuation

Today we worked on some grammar skills. We are working on remembering to put a punctuation mark at the end of all of our sentences when we are writing! Today we reviewed and talked about telling sentences, questions and exclamation sentences. We used this book to see some different examples! See if your child can tell you what happens in the story!

Students read different sentences and decided if they needed a period, question mark or exclamation mark. They cut them out and glued them in the correct column. It was good to practice sorting, cutting and gluing skills, as well.
