Each day we have whole group literacy time. The first thing that we do is practice our grammar in our Daily Word Fun book. We find and correct mistakes in sentences, choose correct the correct spelling of words, etc.
Next we do the literacy whole group lesson. We work on things like vocabulary, phonics, comprehension strategies, etc. Everyone takes notes in their note taking notebooks. This helps everyone stay engaged and accountable for the information!
