Last Stop on Market Street is a Caldecott Honor book and also won the Newbery Award! This is the first time a picture book has won the Newbery Award.

Today Ms. Zbacnik read us Last Stop on Market Street because Finding Winnie is a longer book and we didn't have enough time during our library time. I will get this book soon and read it to the class! Ask your child about Last Stop on Market Street. It has a great message in it!
