Balancing!

Today we started our science unit on Balance and Motion. We had cardboard shaped crayfish. Students experimented with different ways and positions to get their crayfish to balance on their fingers. Then we added clothespins/counterweights. Ask your child about what he/she learned about balance,counterweights and balance point!
