Final Results!

Fortunately our missing banana was found!  Another class accidentally grabbed it from the refrigerator.  They kindly returned it to us!

This is how our bananas looked today. 
Left to right:

Banana #1 - freezer
Banana #2 - refridgerator
Banana #3 - zip lock bag
Banana #4 - up high
 

We cut each one open to see what they looked like on the inside.  At this point there didn't seem to be a lot of different in color. 

 

We concluded that the best way to keep a banana fresh is to either keep it in a zip lock bag or out on the counter. Everyone did a great job using the scientific method, making observations and writing up the results!
