Reading Fun!

Today we had many special activities to celebrate "I Love to Read" month.  This morning we got together with our 4th grade buddies.  Yesterday each of our classrooms read the book, The Gruffalo.  Today we watched the movie version of it in Mr. Engel's room.  Afterwards, buddies had the chance to compare and contrast the book versus the movie. It was fun to spend time with our buddies!

This afternoon was our reading party! First we had snack - popcorn, apple juice and fruit snacks!

Next we had time to read in our comfy clothes with our favorite stuffed animals and a favorite book!
